This data protection declaration applies to the collection, processing and use of personal data within the scope of the use of the Internet platform and all subdomains (together referred to in the following website). Privacy policy applies to you as a user of our website.

The service provider and responsible body for these websites is Azhos AG, Dr. Grass Straße 12, LI-9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
Azhos AG (hereinafter referred to as the operator) observes all applicable data protection laws and also strives to constantly improve data protection. You can save and print this declaration via your browser. If you have any questions, complaints or suggestions regarding data protection, please contact us. You will find the contact details at the end of this data protection declaration.

Subject of data protection are personal data in accordance with Art. 4 No. 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation EU (GDPR). These are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes all information that allows conclusions to be drawn about an identified or identifiable person, such as his name, address or contact data (e.g. telephone number, postal and e-mail address). IP addresses are also personal data in this sense.

We adhere to the principle of the purpose-bound use of personal data and only collect, process and store your personal data for the purposes for which you have communicated or released them to us.

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless this is necessary to provide the service or to carry out the contract. Also the transmission to state institutions and authorities entitled to information only takes place within the scope of the legal duties to provide information or if we are obliged to provide information by a court decision.

We are very sensitive to data protection in our company. All our employees and the service companies commissioned by us have been obliged by us to maintain confidentiality and to comply with data protection regulations.

The operator collects, processes and uses personal data generally only as far as the GDPR or another legal regulation permits or orders this or you as user or visitor of our web pages have agreed. As a user of our website, the following data will be processed by you:

  • - contact data such as first name, surname, address, phone/mobile phone number, e-mail
  • - information about your credit card or alternative payment methods
  • - contact details of your friends and acquaintances, if you have given them to us

The operator collects and uses personal data in connection with the provision of these websites only insofar as the GDPR or another legal regulation allows it or the user has agreed.

In this respect, it should be noted that for technical reasons, certain data is always transmitted to us from your computer or smartphone when communicating over the Internet. These include the date and time of your visit to our website, your browser type, browser settings and operating system, the last page you visited and the amount of data transferred.

In addition to the uses of your personal data listed under Nos. 3 and 4 of this declaration, your data may be used under certain, immediately explained conditions:

a) Transmission of your data to third parties
Insofar as this is necessary, we pass on personal data to companies that we use in connection with data processing, so-called contract processors, in compliance with data protection requirements.
External service provider will be mentioned here as soon as we conclude a cooperation agreement with them.

b) Transfer of your data to recipients in countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area
The operator does not actively transfer any personal data to US companies or companies outside the European Economic Area for data processing.
Data concerning your surfing behaviour is collected via so-called cookies and plugins, transferred to the USA and evaluated there on a non-personal basis. For more information, see section 7 below, where you will also find information on how to prevent such an evaluation.

a) Avoidance of cookies / General right of objection
Regardless of the type of cookie used, you always have the choice of whether or not to accept cookies. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie or you can always exercise your existing legal right to object to the use of cookies by rejecting cookies in your browser settings. Please refer to the help function of your Internet browser for details. This does not affect - as far as described in more detail below - the possibility of separately contradicting the use of certain cookies.

If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use the full range of website functions. The following types of cookies are used on our websites:

b) Session Cookies The operator uses so-called session cookies to improve the display and navigation. They lose their validity after leaving our websites.

c) Use of Google analytics We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") for our websites and apps. Google Analytics also uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of our websites and apps.

The information generated by these cookies about the use of this website (type and version of the browser you use, which operating system you use, the URL of the requested page, the date and time of your page visit, the screen resolution you use, and your IP address) are transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Please note that we have added the code "anonymizeIp" to Google Analytics on this website. By using the code extension "anonymizeIp", the last 8 bits of the IP addresses are deleted and thus made anonymous (so-called IP masking). Your IP address is therefore only recorded by Google at our request in a shortened form, which guarantees anonymisation and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation, your IP address will be cut back by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On our behalf, Google will use the transmitted information to evaluate your use of our website, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide other services relating to website and Internet use. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

d) Use of Google Maps This website uses Google Maps API, a map service of Google Inc. "("Google"), to display an interactive map and to create maps. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google may transfer the information obtained through Maps to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible for Google to identify at least individual users on the basis of the data received. It is possible that personal data and personality profiles of users of the Google website could be processed for other purposes over which we have and cannot influence. You can disable the Google Maps service to prevent data transfer to Google by disabling JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our pages.

The Google Privacy Policy and Additional Terms of Use for Google Maps can be found at

e) Use of Google reCAPCHA To ensure data security during the transmission of forms, we use the service reCAPTCHA of the company Google Inc. This serves primarily to distinguish whether the input is made by a natural person or abusively by machine and automated processing (so-called BOTs). The service includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For more information about Google Inc.'s privacy policy, please visit or

f) Integration of social media We use links to the social networks Facebook, telegram and Twitter on some pages of our websites. When you visit one of these websites, no data is transferred from your browser to these networks. By clicking on the corresponding buttons you can access the corresponding social networks and share the contents of our offers there.

g) Use of CloudFlare CloudFlare is used as CDN ("Content Delivery Network") to secure this website and optimize loading times. For this reason, all requests are routed through their servers. For more information about CloudFlare's privacy policy, please visit

With the following information we inform you about the contents of our newsletter as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedure and your rights of objection. By subscribing to our newsletter you agree to the receipt and the described procedures.

Contents of the newsletter
We will only send newsletters, e-mails and other electronic notifications containing advertising information (hereinafter "newsletters") with the consent of the recipients or a legal permission. If the contents of a newsletter are specifically described within the scope of a registration, they are decisive for the consent of the users.

Double-Opt-In and logging
The registration for our newsletter takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can log in with other e-mail addresses.

Subscriptions to the newsletter are logged in order to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes the storage of the login and confirmation time, as well as the IP address. Also the changes of your data stored with MailChimp are logged.

Use of the "MailChimp" shipping service
The newsletter is sent via "MailChimp", a newsletter distribution platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.

The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their further data described in the context of these notes, are stored on the servers of MailChimp in the USA. MailChimp uses this information to send and evaluate the newsletter on our behalf. Furthermore, MailChimp can use this data according to its own information to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. to technically optimize the sending and presentation of the newsletter or for economic purposes, in order to determine from which countries the recipients come. However, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write them down or pass them on to third parties.

We trust in the reliability and IT and data security of MailChimp. MailChimp is certified under the US-EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" and thus commits itself to comply with EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, we have concluded a data processing agreement with MailChimp. This is a contract in which MailChimp undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process them on our behalf in accordance with their data protection regulations and in particular not to pass them on to third parties. The data protection regulations of MailChimp can be viewed here.

Registration details
To subscribe to the newsletter, simply enter your e-mail address.
Optionally, we ask you to enter your first and last name. This information is only used to personalize the newsletter. Furthermore, we also ask you to optionally indicate your date of birth, gender and industry. We only use this information to adapt the contents of the newsletter to the interests of our readers.

Statistical surveys and analyses
The newsletters contain a so-called "web-beacon", i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from the MailChimp server when the newsletter is opened. Within the scope of this retrieval, technical information, such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and time of retrieval are initially collected. This information is used to technically improve the services based on the technical data or the target groups and their reading behavior based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined using the IP address) or access times.

The statistical surveys also include determining whether the newsletters are opened, when they are opened and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to the individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our endeavor, nor that of MailChimp, to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our contents to them or to send different contents according to the interests of our users.

Online access and data management
There are cases, in which we direct the newsletter recipients to the web pages of MailChimp. For example, our newsletters contain a link with which the newsletter recipients can call up the newsletters online (e.g. in case of display problems in the e-mail program). Furthermore, newsletter recipients can subsequently correct their data, e.g. the e-mail address. Likewise, the privacy policy of MailChimp is only available on their site.

In this context we pointed out that cookies are used on the websites of MailChimp and thus personal data are processed by MailChimp, its partners and service providers (e.g. Google Analytics). We have no influence on this data collection. Further information can be found in the privacy policy of MailChimp. In addition, we would like to draw your attention to the possibilities of objecting to the collection of data for advertising purposes on the websites and (for the European area).

You can cancel the receipt of our newsletter at any time, i.e. revoke your consent. At the same time your consents to its dispatch via MailChimp and the statistical analyses expire. A separate cancellation of the dispatch via MailChimp or the statistical evaluation is unfortunately not possible.
You will find a link to cancel the newsletter at the end of each newsletter.

Legal basis in the General Data Protection Regulation
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) valid from 25 May 2018, we inform you that your consents to the sending of e-mail addresses are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, 7 DSGVO and § 7 para. 2 no. 3 and para. 3 UWG. The use of the shipping service provider MailChimp, carrying out statistical surveys and analyses as well as logging of the registration procedure, are based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We are interested in using a user-friendly and secure newsletter system that serves both our business interests and the expectations of the users.

We would also like to point out that you can object to the future processing of your personal data at any time in accordance with the statutory provisions of Art. 21 DSGVO. The objection may be lodged in particular against processing for direct marketing purposes.

You can request information from the operator at any time about the data stored about you, if applicable, the purpose of storage and its origin.

In addition, we reserve the right to correct, block or delete your personal data in accordance with legal provisions. Please send such requests to [email protected]
